A calculator is a device for the automatic execution of arithmetic operations. The most well-known brand of pocket calculator in Yugoslavia at the end of the 20th century was Digitron, so that word became synonymous for all pocket calculators in that region.
Through multimedia and augmented reality content, explore the winding and demanding path that the calculator has traversed - from something that was initially bulky, expensive, and very complex to produce, to something that you now have in your mobile phone as one of the very useful, yet free tools.
The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund. The content of the website is the sole responsibility of the Association Retro info.
